Whale Watching Tour
During the months of July to October, the humpback whales arrive in our country. They make a long journey from Antarctica to reach our country to have their young and teach them to survive.
Our waters are perfect for breeding these animals as they need to be warm and safe. This offers well-being and protection to their babies, which have to be born with fat in their body to resist the cold temperatures.
Adult males measure between 12 and 14 meters, being somewhat smaller than females. An adult humpback whale can measure between 15 and 18 meters and can live up to more than 50 years. Its weight ranges between 25 and 40 tons.
Although the location of the whales is sometimes difficult, we try our best to make our customers totally satisfied. You can also take a break on one of the nearby islands, either Bolaños, Gamez or Paridas.
Whale watching is actually a wonderful experience that you cannot miss.
